2. User Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2.2 Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. False or misleading information may result in account termination.

3. Services

3.1 The App facilitates on-demand home service bookings. We act as an intermediary platform connecting customers and service providers.

3.2 Golden Service App is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third-party handymen or service providers.

3.3 Booking confirmations are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any bookings.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Users agree to use the App responsibly and lawfully. Misuse, including but not limited to harassment, fraud, or unlawful activities, will result in account suspension or termination.

4.2 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Unauthorized access must be reported immediately to oussama.nafiss@gmail.com.

5. Payments and Refunds

5.1 Payments for services booked via the App must be made through the supported payment methods. All transactions are secure and processed via trusted gateways.

5.2 Refunds will be processed based on the cancellation and refund policies outlined for specific services. Any disputes must be reported within seven (7) days of the transaction.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 Customers may cancel bookings within the specified timeframe outlined in the service agreement. Cancellations outside this window may incur charges.

6.2 Service providers reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content, logos, designs, and intellectual property associated with the App are owned by Golden Service App or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7.2 Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App’s content without written permission from oussama.nafiss@gmail.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Golden Service App is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

8.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the App. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may temporarily disrupt services.
