Data Deletion Request Policy

Golden Service App ("we," "us," "our") is committed to respecting your privacy and ensuring your data rights.   • Payment information (excluding transaction records required for legal or accounting purposes)

  • Service history

2.2 Non-personal or anonymized data that cannot be linked to an individual user may not be eligible for deletion.

3. Request Submission Process

3.1 To request data deletion, please email us at oussama.nafiss@gmail.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.

3.2 Include the following information in your email:

  • Your full name

  • Registered email address

  • Specific details of the data you wish to delete

3.3 For security purposes, we may require additional verification to confirm your identity.

4. Processing Timeline

4.1 Upon receiving a valid data deletion request, we will:

  • Acknowledge the request within 7 business days.

  • Review and verify the request within 30 business days.

  • Notify you of the outcome of your request, including details of any data that cannot be deleted due to legal or contractual obligations.

4.2 In cases of complex requests, additional time may be required. If so, you will be informed of the delay and the estimated timeline.

5. Limitations to Data Deletion

5.1 Certain data may not be deleted if:

  • It is required for compliance with legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations.

  • It is necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our policies.

  • It forms part of anonymized or aggregated datasets used for analytics.

5.2 Deletion of your data may result in loss of access to certain features or services of the App.

6. Retention of Backup Copies

6.1 Deleted data may remain in backup storage for up to 90 days but will not be accessible for operational use.

6.2 Backup data will be permanently deleted following the backup retention period.

7. Changes to This Policy

7.1 We reserve the right to update this Data Deletion Request Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through email or in-app notifications.

7.2 Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
