Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations

1.1.1 Customers can cancel bookings directly through the App within the cancellation window specified for each service.

1.1.2 Cancellations made outside the allowed timeframe may incur a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the service provider's terms.

1.1.3 If a service is scheduled within 24 hours of booking, cancellation may not be allowed, unless otherwise stated in the service-specific terms.

1.2 Service Provider-Initiated Cancellations

1.2.1 Service providers may cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be processed.

1.2.2 If an alternative service provider is available, the customer may choose to proceed with the replacement or opt for a refund.


2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

2.1.1 Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made within the allowable cancellation window or due to service provider cancellations.

2.1.2 Refund requests for completed services will only be considered if the service provided was not as described or if there is verifiable evidence of service failure.

2.2 Refund Process

2.2.1 Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on the payment gateway and financial institution.

2.2.2 In cases where payment was made using a promotional coupon or discount code, the refunded amount will exclude the value of the coupon or discount.

2.2.3 Any additional service charges or fees incurred during the booking process may not be refundable.


3. Non-Refundable Services

3.1 Certain services may be explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of booking. By proceeding with such bookings, customers acknowledge and agree to the non-refundable nature of these services.

3.2 Non-refundable services may include but are not limited to urgent bookings, special offers, or promotional services.


4. Disputes and Resolution

4.1 If a customer believes they are entitled to a refund outside the standard policy, they may contact us at oussama.nafiss@gmail.com with detailed information about their claim.

4.2 Disputes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and our decision will be final and binding.


5. Changes to the Policy

5.1 We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through email or in-app notifications.

5.2 Continued use of the App after policy modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
